Vintage Handmade Soda Can Biplane
Unique handmade biplane constructed with vintage soda cans.
Including vintage Coca-Cola and Pepsi soda cans.
Coca-Cola can design is from 1966.  55 years ago.
Vintage Coca-Cola cans make up the wings, the body & horizontal piece of tail.
Propeller made of a vintage Pepsi can.
Wheels and propeller spin easily.
You can gently roll the plane on the wheels.
There is another soda can making up the front of the plane (under the propeller) and rudder.  I don't know the brand of this soda can.
Plane has scuffs, soiling, patina, solder marks, scratches, some white paint and dust.
Handmade plane held together with solder, and perhaps some glue.
Repair work has been done with small pieces of thin cardboard to hold the top wing onto the struts.  The left strut at the bottom, appears as if it might easily detach from the lower wing at any time.  The right strut at the bottom, has detached from the lower wing.
The plane is delicate, it is not a toy, it is best to gently handle with care.
Overall, this beautiful handmade biplane, made of vintage soda cans, is a very unique and creative work of art.

Length of Top Wing - just over 10 1/4" or 26 cm
Length of Plane (measured from end of tail, to end of propeller holder) - 8 1/4" or 21 cm
