The oldest remaining English Porcelain Factory in England

Platter is 14" Wide - Round - Gilt Edge
Tureen is 8" Tall, and 11" Wide, Gilt Accents
Excellent Condition - VERY Minimal Signs of Wear, if any !!
No chips, cracks, scratches or crazing.  Shiny Finish !!
I have owned these pieces for 25+ years
Only on display, never used, non smoking home
Platter was made in 1989 (per markings)
Tureen made in 1984 (per markings)
This pattern was discontinued in 1997, then reintroduced in 2003.
The pre-1997 pieces are more highly sought and preferred
This pattern was first introduced in 1936
Pattern No. A74
Platter, Tureen and Tureen Lid all marked (see photos of markings)
There is another mark under the glaze on the Tureen Lid and the Platter
This mark can only be seen with glare light, and it is the initials "ADV"
The "ADV" signature is written by two different people
The signatures do not match
Comes from a Smoke Free / Pet Free environment.
Shipping:
I am an EXCELLENT packer, so your item will arrive safe unless the USPS runs over the package (I have seen this before as a buyer).   Shipping is very expensive, especially to the East and West coast areas.   In almost every case, I pay more for shipping than I charge in the auction.  I ship same day as payment received, if before 3:00 PM.
I will ship this item to your eBay address, so please make sure your address is correct with eBay.   I print eBay shipping labels, so there is no error in transcribing your address from eBay to the shipping label.
There will be tracking AND insurance for this item   If you live in an apartment or in an area where package theft might occur, please ask for assistance from a neighbor if you do not plan to be home at the time your USPS mail normally arrives, to ensure your package safety. The tracking number will be provided to you, so you can track your package and know when it is scheduled to arrive.   I will not be responsible for missing packages.   If the USPS tracking states the package has been delivered, I will take that notification as Delivery Confirmation.  If you find no package on the date of the delivery confirmation, please call your Post Office and talk to your neighbors about the possibility that your package might have been delivered to your neighbor's home, instead of your home.
