OSTROGOTHS very rare siliqua. Adelchis?

Description

One of the very rare ostrogods coin, only catalogated by Clementius XIIII (see pictures)
This was documented in the numismatic cabinet of the Vaticano
This coin (the one in the vatican) were donated by the medici family, Clementius XIIII tried to document this obscure age of the Vatican when the ostrogodus invade it
have 1.48 grams of silver
It's exposed (or it was when i was there) in the  capitolines
museum.
