Shipping
All items are sent with registered post and tracking code. Available tracking online and signature needed on delivery.
Sometimes items can be delayed but you can always check tracking code and find out where is your item.
I don't take responsibility if post office take more time for delivery then usual.

Combined shipping
In some cases I can combine multiple items into a single package to save you money.
However, If you plan to purchase items over the course of a day or more you must delay payment and let us know after you have purchased the first item.
Otherwise all items are sent following cleared payment.
In some cases, depends of the custom control, I am not able to combine shipping so better to ask first.

Handling time is 3 business days from the day when payment is received.
Usually I ship in next 24-48 hours. Weekend and holidays are not included in handling time.
