M Price 1st Premium Cutlery Carving Set 3 pc San Francisco
For your consideration is a very rare M Price 3 piece Premium Cutlery Carving Set.  The carving set is in very nice condition with typical aging.  There are no breaks, chips or repairs, two small tight cracks are seen on 2 of the handles.  Please see pictures and make your own determination regarding condition.  The knife is 15 3/4", the Fork measures
11 1/4", the knife sharpener measures 16 1/4".  The knife is marked " M. PRICE SAN FRAN.  All 3 pieces have an
old font
scripted W on the beautifully designed carved handles with silver collars.  This is s very high quality very rare 150+ year old carving set.
Included in the pictures is information on Michael Price from "Knifemakers of Old San Francisco" by Bernard Levine describing the legendary Michael Price knives and cutlery.
