    Description

    Here is the second of two wonderful post 1886 hallmarked Gustav Haegermann 9" Serving Spoons-this one weighs 56 grams. It is made of solid 800 silver from Germany. There are NO monograms or any inscriptions on this antique spoon.  It has had a minor silvercloth polish-no buffing or other cream. I will leave that for the new owner to decide. The bowl seems smooth. T
    here is very minimal wear for a spoon that is over 100 years old. This does not affect usage or looks at all. No "lip" noted. There are no other noticeable imperfections-i think this spoon is in excellent antique condition. It is lovely. This would make a wonderful gift or addition to one's serving pieces.
