Early GERMAN CLOWN HEAD NODDER Compostion prob c. 1920s bobblehead

Description

5 1/4" tall nodder made of some sort of composition material.  Faint mark on bottom appears to be "Made in Germany".   NOTE: Head is loose from the top of the spring but does not come off.   The spring is a bit bent but looks like it could be carefully straightened. The original glob of glue is still spread out on the spring top.  (He still nods a little the way he is but will need a bit of TLC.)  Some loss of black paint to clothing.  A couple tiny dings on the ears.
